Certified WSATA Members
In order to be certified, the applicant must have completed all of the requirements of his or her state to perform and defend unit valuation (centrally assessed) appraisals for ad valorem purposes, have at least 3 years of unit valuation (centrally assed) ad valorem appraisal experience, and have taken WSATA Courses 100, 101, and 102 and passed their respective exams.
Maintaining certification requires attending or teaching a class every three years.
