The Appraisal Handbook: Unit Valuation of Centrally Assessed Properties is one of the principal pieces of appraisal literature in the field of unitary valuation and is often referred to as a source document in property tax litigation.

 

The Committee periodically reviews and updates the WSATA Handbook.

1989 First published as the Appraisal Handbook: Valuation of Utility and Railroad Property.

2009 Current edition of the Handbook was approved by the WSATA Executive Committee and is available for purchase in electronic format.
